Need function slowdown

Needs to my system that slows vehicle functions with the player and gives the slow motion efect.I know that this feature was at 0.3 version. Is there such a function on 0.4?

You probably mean player's gamespeed function that was implemented in the latest 0.3 squirrel server. Unfortunately, this idea was denied due to sync issues on 0.4.
