Loading into single player

I'm sorry to bother everyone but I couldn't seem to find my issue on the site. Please direct me somewhere if it's already been answered.

Whenever I join into a server, I either get an error saying "Invalid VC:MP dll path" or the game just loads into the unmodified single player game.

It may happen if there is no vcmp plugin.Try reinstalling vcmp
