UID here means username. You need to choose the UID you want to by which you could log in to the panel and the file manager.

I'm quite sure you also need the announcer plugin and either sqlite, mysql or ini. Anyways, I'll set your server up without those and then, if you need, you could just ask me.

Oh sorry, I forgot the announce plugin, edited. It is just a simple stunting script I think it isn't necessary to load other plugins.

Edit: I can't connect it as well...
