There actually is a part reason 4 and we've done a pretty shitty job documenting it. This ID is sent went the client detects a discrepancy that is virtually guaranteed to be the result of hacking; it mostly catches stuff like game settings on the client not matching the server's, like people trying to use Cheat Engine to lock their gravity to a lower setting.
