No, you would have to reskin them using a modeling software

Unzip the file, and paste them in your scripts/skin folder.
The skins are ready, make a script, and set the player's skin according to the ID( the no, after z. ex: z200 )

The skin IDs are in the name of the files, so get them yourself.
