Problem with starting any server

Hey someone help me! If I start VCMP 0.4 Browser then I open any server but if I want to open it shows Error Could not start progress.Please some help me!!!!

I already posted these video but no find them then i post here again.

If these not then i am sure the you GTA VC Directory is wrong(I mean like no other files in that folder expect that gta-vc.exe)

Edit: I think i have to make a thread about that in Tutorials board yes or not want to confirm need or not?

That website probably doesn't work except for China. So just put it on youtube or something.
