This answers my question I have been curious on for years and that is tire marks and limitations as I have tested on both console editions and the obvious PC. Of course never really thought of altering the game.Enjoyed both videos

I used fraps, and Vegas 13 for editing.

It's Flicking due to you are more than likely using rectangle on screen mode recording instead of DirectX/OpenGL window mode.
Which will properly record full screen to window games period. "."

You need to understand how to use the program not just click record.

lol. I'm recording the game screen probably, not the window screen, nerd.
Download Fraps, it doesn't even has the option to record the windows screen
