plugin error

Hi the mysql04rel32 plugin gives me an error is version 04rel004
the error is as follows

I open the server32.exe
and I get a window saying
--------------------------------------------------------------
server32.exe - exit of the application with CTRL + c
--------------------------------------------------------------

Even CTRL + c has been terminated due application

[OK]

you give in OK and open the console of the server32.exe

and the console says

Plugin error > LoadLibrary <>' plugins/mysql04rel32. dll'failed: code 127
Failed to load plugin: mysql04rel32.dll
how solve this error

There are two possible answers.

1. You're using windows XP and the mysql plugin is not compiled for XP.
2. You're using the 04rel003's plugin header.

It can be the number 1 because the plugin download me them from the allplugins_04rel004_patch7.7z will be working on windows 7

I have a pc with windows 7 proves there to see if the plugin works
