well, in xbox 360 you can change kv.bin to get unbanned (if you have JTAG/RGH)

Who uses xbox or PS these days? Gaming consoles are shit. Assemble a PC, get your own hardware to run, go and play.

Pretty sure upgrading a PC will give you much more things than buying a xbox. If he has it, then that's not a problem. But, with a console, you need to give money to get a game, with a PC, you know( hint: torrent )
I can say a lot more disadvantages of having a console rather than a PC.
