dunno, my game was working before but now wont work

if i try join any server, i get this crash after pressing connect.

i stopped playing vcmp for some days, im back now, and i get this crash

Well, run in compatibility mode else do some updates through windows update.

win 7, win 8, win xp, win vista..
all wont work!
