-Added Team System(/team <Name/ID>, /accept <Name/ID>, /deny <Name/ID>, /leaveteam)
-Since of recent abuses now time and weather commands are for level 1(an admin have to set your level to 1 before you're able to use such commands)(/day,/night,/rain,/sunny)
-Added Vehicles Auto Respawn every 15 minutes
