How do I fix api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0. dll error?
Go to Start > Control Panel > Windows Updates.
Check for updates.
Install all available updates.
After the updates are installed, restart your computer.
After the restart repeat the steps above again until no more updates are available.

Make sure u have an active internet connection
keep on trying it
Steps u can do
1.Check for updates (f no updates, restart system)
2.Follow the above process multiple times
3.Upgrade to windows 8.1 or 10 if ur on 7

it shows error when i try to update also i had win10 my pc lags on that so i have installed windows 7. and yep i have active internet

have  u tried? if doesnt work the best solution is to keep updating ur system by manually pressing checkupdate button for windows in controlpanel somewhere

Its less about trust, and more about distributing the actual file between every player that will play on your server (like this). It is quite literally going to be a "hack", but a positive one instead of a negative one. The bigger problem is that you will get locked out from players because they don't have a special file to give them the extra "feature" which is required and not everyone does that much to play on a server.

@habi in that case a new plugin might help? overiding the actuall funtions to use the new custom ones? or along with an .ini file to set between the actuall on custom ones?

You can't do something like that with a server sided plugin.
