You can clearly see i shoot beatz with some 'Perfect Shots'but beatz didn't fall then i tried a lagger shot then beatz fall huh!
I had played in less then 250 ping so i have experience of less ping gaming. Beatz isn't lagger.It's mean your perfect shot will not work on your enemy while you have 300+ ping.Mind it

Shut up, Beatz is using some sort of software to make himself lag. Try the same with other, it won't happen, I guess.

Speaking of ping, I remember my 15 ping when I was in the UK :D

Well, people who live in Europe will get the lowest ping, most servers are hosted there. However its not a very good idea because http://xe-servers.com/index.php?topic=9950.0

I have  a confusion.I uses VPN then my ping less then 250 in every server I have less then 250 ping while using VPN or without using VPN 300+. So what is truth? VPN makes us more Lagg or. VPN make us Lagg less?

Lag != Ping
See when using VPN you are sending any request to the VPN, and the VPN is sending it to a server. The connection between the VPN and server can be very fast. But the connection between you and the VPN can be slow. The server thinks you are the VPN and are very fast, and the VPN thinks the server is very fast, and it reports a low ping to you.

People won't understand that. Stormeus has already debated on it.

To lag less in windows it's best to shut down your pc, start it back up, go into task manager and make sure any updater's etc is fully off, as well skype etc.

To simply lag just upload a 3 hour long video to youtube "That will never upload" and your good to go, now your a lag master,.

Nope. A FullHD 3hr video might take some GBs, more than 10, I guess( converting it might help )
And you ain't working at Nasa to upload that video without having any lag, sure, you can set a limit and do that though.
If that's not enough for you, simply, download Fraps, record for 24hrs, and then enjoy the lag while uploading that video which might take a TB of storage :p
