Don't really know if this is the first ever ported map to 0.4, but there is a pretty big chance. :)
I remember I was trying to be the first one using latest features of the newer version of vcmp, haha.
(and this is how my first 0.4 server was created)

Anyway, after closing the server, I did completely forget about the map that might be used by somebody, someday...
So here it is for you to play: >download<

Hah, I saw it in a server when I first time played in a server in vcmp 0.4. It reminds me of old time :p Thanks, it's really nice, I missed it :)

I've created a tool (javascript) to import maps from san andreas to vc-mp few months ago http://i.imgur.com/FVTL3ia.png http://i.imgur.com/F0tZSXD.png So it's easy to convert any IPL(s) to vc-mp in 5 min, input - IDE and IPL, output - .bat for extract used files of objects and .xml files for map/objects
But who really wants san andreas is playing sa-mp/mta already and vc-mp players mainly will not wait when big map will be downloaded.

I think you could solve that with 7zip's Ultra compression mode.
And explode every potato CPU. I doubt that's a good idea :P

You think potato CPU owners would have a good internet too? Most probably not. So, according to me, ultra compression method is better :)
